Night Lights Mystery In New Zealand...12/29/99

AUCKLAND -- UFO fever is threatening to break out after a rash of calls to police about fast-moving, coloured lights in the sky north of the city. Police received six calls over two hours from several different areas north of Auckland on Saturday night but have been unable to explain the lights. One caller said the lights moved 400 metres in less than two seconds while two others said they moved up and down in the sky very fast. Inspector Barry Smalley of the police northern communications centre said there was something in the sky but no-one knew quite what. "There's something there. Because of the path it was travelling it may have been something coming through the atmosphere. "It's another mystery. We'll have to get Mulder and Scully (from the television show, The X-Files) on to it." The first call to police was at 9.38pm, 20 minutes after the first sighting from Raglan of what appeared to be a green flare when looking in the direction of Auckland. The flare died before it hit the sea. Further reports had the lights moving north. The last sighting was about 11.36pm from Tinopai, in Northland, where resident reported "huge lights" over the hills due north. The lights were reported to have moved about 400 metres in two seconds. Two more strange lights were reported "going straight up and down sky, intensely light and intensely red" looking across the Kaipara Harbour. The lights were reported to be dancing about in the sky. --NZPA

Possibilities Of Public Announcement, ET Presence...12/21/99

Public Announcement of ET presence can be viewed from several perspectives -- anthropologically, as the contact between
vastly different cultures, scientifically, as the bridging of previously-thought "impossible" distances by spacefaring cultures, politically, as the denoument of the UFO Cover-Up organization, and a time when embarassed politicians either have to
lie that they didn't know, or admit that they had been deceiving the people "for their own good". But the most significant way in which Public Announcement can be understood is as a spiritual event. It is a culminating point in our development as a sentient intelligent species, a Time when we meet our Makers.

By this I do not mean to call the ETs God. But instead I refer to their long patient work of bioengineering us up from hairy jungle primate, and then increasing our braincase and intelligence further as we transited from Neanderthal to Homo Sapiens Sapiens. And then the ETs continued, culturally lifting us up from hunter-gatherer roamers to stable agrarian village dwellers, literate and
practicing the arts and sciences, coached by a series of tutor- Visitors, from the Watchers who came down in Sumeria, and in
proto-Mali (Dogon), to the Teachers who came among the Plains Indians (White Buffalo Calf Woman), and among the Mayan and Aztecs (Quetzocoatl), and among the Australian Aborigines and New Zealand Maori, and elsewhere. Later the ETs helped shape the consciousnesses which led to the emergence of our most revered Avatars: Zoroaster, Lao-Tze (Confucius), Gautama Buddha, Moses, Jeshua ben Joseph/Jesus, and Mohammed.

So, Public Disclosure of ET presence qualifies as a religious event, in my assessment. While both ETs and most of us acknowledge a Supreme Being or Source from which everything derives, including ourselves, nevertheless God does use intermediaries. And in our case, certain helpful extraterrestrial cultures have long served as intermediaries in the work of
our creation and long ascent as a species.

When we meet our ET Visitors face-to-face, it will not only be a reunion of distant cousins, but an opportunity for Creation to look at its reflections and acknowledge that the work was good. I would even propose that Public Disclosure Day become a
world holiday, celebrated as is Earth Day, by common consent of peoples everywhere who recognize the importance of what is transcendent in our life.

Pope And Possibility Of ET Presence...12/21/99

According to Whitley Streiber, hosting the Dreamland radio program on 11-28-99, a child asked the following question of Pope John Paul II during one of the Pontiff's Q+A sessions on one of his recent tours: "What about aliens?" The Pope replied: "We have to remember that they are children of God too."

Several times, spokespersons within the Vatican have remarked publicly that the hierarchy of the Catholic Church has evidence and official confirmations from the world's governments that UFOs and their occupants are a reality. There have even been reports that Church leaders, as well as some of the popes themselves, have met directly with extraterrestrial visitors. There is
increasing speculation that many of the world's governments have decided that the earth's populations would react better if an
official announcement of alien contact were to come from the Pope.

There is now an increasing "rumbling" that such an announcement has been prepared and will soon be forth-coming. This scenario of official disclosure is certainly not what most had envisioned. However, it would definitely be easier for most people
to swallow and digest - coming from the Pope. I have to admit that the thought of this gives me a calm sense of assurance.
Not a bad idea!

Is ET Capturing Our Mars Spacecraft?...12/21/99

One of the few scientists who ever studied UFOs, was Germany's world-famous father of rocketry, Professor Hermann Oberth. After three years of studying the information supplied by his own and other governments, the outspoken Oberth said at a news conference in 1954: "There is no doubt in my mind that these objects (UFO's) are interplanetary craft of some sort. I am confident that they do not originate in our solar system, but they may use Mars or some other body for a way station."

MUFON's Antonio Huneeus interviewed him later and Oberth said he stood by his statements. His comments have new meaning based on the Mars Polar Lander failure and the September failure of the Mars Climate Orbiter. It is a total loss for the entire, $330 million Mars '98 project, which consisted of Polar Lander, the Deep Space 2 microprobes and the Climate Orbiter.

Doesn't it seem strange that two out of every three of Earth's space probes going to Mars fail? You might remember we lost the billion dollar Mars Observer spacecraft in 1993, just as it was about to go into orbit. That gave NASA a wakeup call particularly since the Russian probes at met a similar fate. I suggest that Dan Goldin and NASA review the March 28, 1989, images showing a huge cylinder shaped craft intercepting the Soviet Phobos 2 spacecraft. The UFO interceptor is very similar to the ones reported by hundreds of witnesses here on Earth. We have multiple witness reports including pilot reports, videotapes and photos of these objects. ET may be waiting near Mars to capture or knock out our probes, but they are also here on Earth.

NASA realized it's kind of tough to reveal to the American public that we're losing billion dollar spacecraft to ET, even if they do pay for allot of scientists. So they did the next best thing. They cheapened the cost of spacecraft so American taxpayers only lost $157 million dollars for the Mars Polar Lander. Let's face it, NASA is in a tough spot. Congress may get upset with failed space probes and cut NASA's budget even further. It's tough to blame the failed probes on ET, so they have to admit they made some sort of a mistake. NASA continues to search for life on Mars. However, the fact that only a few of our space probes succeed provides evidence that something is out there. These Filer's Files costs nothing and operate on a shoe string, but we're apparently getting closer to proving intelligent life exits in the universe than NASA. Of course we have the services of a lot of dedicated MUFON, ISUR, National Reporting Center, Skywatch and other volunteer investigators. Ufolgists are getting better evidence each day.

Imagine the kind of videos we could get with a few million dollars. The Filer Research Institute would be happy to consult with NASA and give them some techniques for getting past the ET defenders. NASA Administrator Daniel Goldin said, "It is conceivable that we will completely change our approach. "If I was Dan Goldin, I would want to get out the old Phobos 2 images and learn by the Soviet mistakes and a few of ours.

According to Colonel Maria Popovich the Phobos infrared cameras picked up a great deal of heat in certain key areas indicating possible underground facilities on Mars. When the Soviet probe was ready to go into orbit of the Martian moon Phobos, an unidentified flying object came up to meet their craft. The ET welcoming team apparently captured the Soviet probe. If you assume ET actually exists your whole approach to visiting Mars changes. Other Mar's missions are now in preparation and much could be done to get them through the ET defenses.

Dan Goldin admits privately something is out there. I suggest it might be time to start looking for evidence ET is visiting Earth and Mars on a regular basis. NASA might even want to start examining those so-called ice crystals they keep spotting near the Space Shuttle. Those ice crystals are making 90 degree turns, fly over thunderstorms and suddenly stop. These objects defy
the laws of physics if they are not intelligently controlled. It seems odd that our astronauts operating the space shuttle cameras spend time zooming in on these disc shaped ice crystals? I suggest NASA look closely at some of their own videos. They might be surprised at the evidence they have in their own files. The Filer Research Institute will even work on a contingency basis.

NASA only has to pay expenses unless our craft get through to Mars. We'll even check to see if your calculations are correct. As a former USAF Intelligence Officer, I'm prepared to brief NASA or anyone else on the ET intelligence situation. Its time to weigh the evidence. We either have incompetent scientists at JPL and NASA or something else is out there causing these failures.

NOAA Satellite Picks Up Giant UFO In Earth Orbit...12/18/99

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has several Geosynchronous Orbiting Environmental Satellites (GOES) in orbit watching the Earth's weather and environment.

On November 21, 1999, at 14:45Z hours our satellites caught an amazing photo of a UFO at an estimated hundred miles above the Earth off the coast of the state of Washington. Russel Kirchner phoned to inform me that he had obtained the satellite photos and was sending them for all to see.

The University of Colorado also keeps these photos on file for reference. One of the satellites is designed to pick up water vapor or clouds from space. When Russel caught sight of the UFO in the display he zoomed in and could see the steam coming off a UFO. It was the type we identify as a large Mother Ship.

We discussed the possibility of the object image being caused by a computer error. Similar photos taken on June 8, 1995, over South America have also been widely distributed. Philip Imbrogno studied this case and NOAA explained the image was a "moon shadow UFO." This excuse will not hold in the latest photos.

This UFO was present for only a few minutes and is not seen in images taken prior or afterwards. The UFO has structure, windows, and radiates heat in the infrared spectrum. Thanks to Russel Kirchner. www.goes.noaa.gov

to remain anonymous " but is now a believer in UFOs.

Lockland said: I called my girl friend on the phone for her to have a look and see
if she could see them.

Comment Diane: Girl friend told me she witnessed the 3 orange objects at
the same time has her boy friend.

Description: 3 orange objects and 2. F1.11? or F18s the 3 object remained
stationary for around 2 minutes then moved towards the airport, I stepped inside
to get a smoke while my mate kept watch he called out to me to come outside
and look at the Airforce jets they looked like they where (his words) intercepting
the objects. One of the objects faded out when the F1.11s came near. The 2 other
objects stayed stationary until the F1.11s looked like they had them in its sights then they
moved away with the F1.11s following them.

Lockland said: My mate and I was dumb founded "man mine what sight
" we could not believe what he where seeing my girl friend rang me after
it was all over and she saw what we saw from a different location of Coffs Harbour.
The 2 objects moved away with the F.111 going after them in a northerly direction
towards QLD.

and her neighbors are of the opinion that the object was above
the clouds and was not a ground based light source. The tubes
were positioned along side each other around 30 cm apart all 4
tubes moved in the same direction "Easterly out to sea".
Tracy said it was astounding it was fantastic we all stood there
mouths open in amassment at what we were looking at.

I called Vanessa today about her phone call, she told me that she had actually
called on behalf of her husband Nick, who had seen the UFO, with 3 other
men.
She then proceeded to hand the phone over to her husband Nick.
Nick was sitting outside with 3 of his mates, when all of a sudden a
bright light appeared out of no where in the sky. First off, Nick thought it
might be the Police helicopter, and that it had turned on its search light.
But, what seemed strange to Nick and made him change his mind, is that as the
object got closer he could make out that it was quite large, and coloured a
blue
colour, not white, like the search light would be.

When I asked Nick how big he thought the object looked to him, he said roughly
the size of a loaf of bread...it was long and quite large. He said, he felt
it looked like a ship and reminded him of a Star Trek like spaceship.

" It just appeared from behind a tree !!... I sat there with my mates and
we watched it travel levelly for about 15 secs. I live near the Northfield
Velladrome
and it moved from West to East over to where Yatala Gaol is.The funny
thing was,
it all of a sudden spurted a bright fluro coloured tail...the same sort of
colour that
you get with a gas flame..that colour blue.

It seem to spit out the flame, which then made it move...then it again
stopped...spitted
once, then twice, the flame came spinning out of its end and started to
move off again,
then to our suprise, as we watched it just disappeared.

"I spoke to Nick about how it had been said in the media that a
Meteorite was
reported in the night sky at the same time.

(Nick replied)
," NO, NO, I know what a meteorite looks like, I,ve been interested in the
night sky
for some years now, since I was a young kid.
My parents owned a shack down at Willunga, and I know I have seen some
strange things in the sky down there, in fact I would say some UFO's. I
own a
telescope, (Charmaine said) [which he has had for approx. 12wks] and have
read up
on things in the night sky, so I truly believe that it was NOT a meteorite,
but something else.
" How did could a meteorite just disappeared into thin air??", " I should
have
been able to follow its path through the sky "

.Nick and his mates sighting lasted for approx. 15 secs, and during that
time, Nick
states the object travelled on a level path. Nick is happy to be contacted
again,
if any further info is required.

I called Vanessa today about her phone call, she told me that she had actually
called on behalf of her husband Nick, who had seen the UFO, with 3 other
men.
She then proceeded to hand the phone over to her husband Nick.
Nick was sitting outside with 3 of his mates, when all of a sudden a
bright light appeared out of no where in the sky. First off, Nick thought it
might be the Police helicopter, and that it had turned on its search light.
But, what seemed strange to Nick and made him change his mind, is that as the
object got closer he could make out that it was quite large, and coloured a
blue
colour, not white, like the search light would be.

When I asked Nick how big he thought the object looked to him, he said roughly
the size of a loaf of bread...it was long and quite large. He said, he felt
it looked like a ship and reminded him of a Star Trek like spaceship.

" It just appeared from behind a tree !!... I sat there with my mates and
we watched it travel levelly for about 15 secs. I live near the Northfield
Velladrome
and it moved from West to East over to where Yatala Gaol is.The funny
thing was,
it all of a sudden spurted a bright fluro coloured tail...the same sort of
colour that
you get with a gas flame..that colour blue.

It seem to spit out the flame, which then made it move...then it again
stopped...spitted
once, then twice, the flame came spinning out of its end and started to
move off again,
then to our suprise, as we watched it just disappeared.

"I spoke to Nick about how it had been said in the media that a
Meteorite was
reported in the night sky at the same time.

(Nick replied)
," NO, NO, I know what a meteorite looks like, I,ve been interested in the
night sky
for some years now, since I was a young kid.
My parents owned a shack down at Willunga, and I know I have seen some
strange things in the sky down there, in fact I would say some UFO's. I
own a
telescope, (Charmaine said) [which he has had for approx. 12wks] and have
read up
on things in the night sky, so I truly believe that it was NOT a meteorite,
but something else.
" How did could a meteorite just disappeared into thin air??", " I should
have
been able to follow its path through the sky "

.Nick and his mates sighting lasted for approx. 15 secs, and during that
time, Nick
states the object travelled on a level path. Nick is happy to be contacted
again,
if any further info is required.

CHINA: UFO sighting one for Shanghai's X-Files...12/06/99

The usually staid state media in Shanghai carried reports yesterday that an unidentified flying object had been sighted in the city.
In a front-page story, with colour photographs of an object resembling a meteor, the Wenhui Daily said the UFO was spotted over western Shanghai on Thursday afternoon.
The paper said one of its reporters dashed to the 43rd floor of a building after receiving a call from a reader about the sighting. The reporter claimed he saw an illuminated object which remained stationary in the sky for about 10 minutes before it disappeared.
Two Shanghai television channels broadcast footage of an object darting through the sky with a flaming orange tail, saying nearly 100 people saw it.
A former researcher at the Shanghai Observatory, Professor Jiang Xiaoyuan, was among the witnesses but he could not offer any explanation.
The UFO hovered over Shanghai for 1.5 hours, reports said.
The city's aviation bureau and Hongqiao airport said their radar did not detect anything.
The Shanghai Daily also reported the incident in a story headlined "UFO darts across the city's skyline".
The paper ran its story on the same page as an advertisement for the X-Files movie, which is based on the television series about two American Federal Bureau of Investigation agents who probe unexplained phenomena.
The paper's Web site also listed incidents of UFO reports from different parts of the mainland throughout the year.

BREMERTON, Wash. -- James Clarkson is searching for E.T. He investigates UFO sightings in the Bremerton, Wash., area for the Mutual UFO Network Inc., an international volunteer organization studying the phenomenon of unidentified flying objects. The husky 48-year-old retired police officer hasn't seen a UFO yet, but about once every six months he gets a call from someone who has.

Based on reported sightings to the National UFO Reporting Center, one of the best places to see a flying saucer is Puget Sound. In fact, Washington state trails only California in the number of reported UFO sightings since December 1996 (382 and counting). It was in the skies near Mt. Rainier 52 years ago that a private pilot, Kenneth Arnold, helped give birth to the term "flying saucer" when he saw nine shiny disks skipping through the air. About two weeks after Arnold's sighting made headlines, reports out of Roswell, N.M., changed the way many of us think about extraterrestrial life.

The International UFO Museum and Research Center makes its headquarters in Roswell because that's where the first documented UFO crash "occurred." To put it another way, Roswell is where many believe the U.S. government retrieved the first wreckage from an alien spacecraft -- including alien corpses.

For those of you who haven't already run to your audio-visual library for tapes of "The X-Files" and Art Bell to verify our accuracy on this, here's the quick recap on Roswell: In early July 1947, a New Mexico rancher noticed pieces of strange metallic debris strewn along his property. His neighbors suggested he take his find to the sheriff. The sheriff, in turn, reported the debris to the intelligence officer at the nearby Air Force bomber group. The military blocked off and cleared the site. Then a curious thing happened. First, the Air Force dispatched a press release saying it had recovered the wreckage from a downed disk or flying saucer. Hours later, after callers bombarded the base from around the world, the Air Force "corrected" its earlier release, attributing the wreckage to a weather balloon. But the damage had been done. As the front page of the Roswell Daily Record screamed, "RAAF Captures Flying Saucer On Ranch in Roswell Region."

Thus began the public's distrust of the military -- at least when it comes to the possible existence of UFOs. Peter Davenport, director of the National UFO Reporting Center since 1994, believes the government knows about the presence of UFOs and chooses not to acknowledge it. Or, as others believe, what people think are UFOs in fact are experimental military aircraft. In either case, the government refuses to cooperate, Clarkson said. "Part of the problem is they have some really good reasons to not tell the truth," he said. Pentagon spokeswoman Susan Hansen said the Defense Department has no policy regarding UFOs and doesn't answer questions about them. "No, we have people watching The X-Files instead of asking us these questions," Hansen said.

The Air Force did investigate 12,618 UFO sightings from 1947 to 1969 in an operation called Project Blue Book. The project, headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, still had not identified 701 sightings when it was terminated on Dec. 17, 1969 -- a few months after humans first landed on the moon, our own "alien" invasion.

991015Rockbank- Melton- Deer Park - Melbourne Victoria Australia...10/16/99

Respondents report sighting 6 bright orange illuminations heading east from the west of the Rockbank - Melton - Deer Park area The illuminations were seen by 20-30 people for 20 minutes on the Western Hwy between Melton and Deer Park (Western outer suburbs of Melbourne).

The illuminations were at times in an "S" formation up to periods of some 2 minutes before changing or moving off easterly. They all remained at the same height and size, in fact twice the size of the background stars. Total time seem 20 minutes.. AirBrush - A NASA Cover-Up ...09/26/99

A former employee of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration reveals how NASA covers up and erases UFOs from satelite photos. But first a little bit about this former employee: DONNA TIETZE HARE

Formerly of NASA, female slide technician, the recipient of numerous space awards including 1969 Apollo Achievement award from the National Aeronautics & Space Administration, 1973 Skylab award, a medallion for success on the Skylab-Suez Test project, numerous other awards for her skill as a technical Artist, honors, awards and a 1994 reccomdation by Texas Governor Ann Richards to the Advisory Committee of Psychology Associates. Donna Tietze has spent most of her professional life involved in the Space Program as a technical illustrator. She drew lunar maps, landing slides, she worked in the photo lab, Precision Slide Lab, reducing art work to one inch by one inch drawings. She drew launch sites, landing sites and was employed as a sub-contractor to NASA for over 15 years. She worked on flight manuals for astronauts & has the wonderful ability to put words into images but uniquely, learn to do everything backwards, including mathematical computations, the writing of words, to put it simply, this woman has seen just about all the different kinds of images one could see that are used in Space Programs.

Donna Tietze interviewed on Washington D.C. Radio Station

The following is a partial transcript of a radio talk show that occurred 5/6/95 on WOL-AM in Washington D.C. which is simulcast on WOLB-AM in Baltimore Maryland. The show is broadcast every Saturday night at 12:00am. The show is called "UFOs Saturday Night". The guests on that date were Stanley McDaniels, author of the McDaniel Report, Erol Toron, a cartographer and who provided valuable information for Richard Hoagland in preparing his book, "The Monuments Of Mars". Also on the program was keith Morgan, Dan Drazon and Donna Tietze, a former employee of NASA in Houston, Texas. The transcript was transcribed by Donald Ratsch, "Operation Right To Know" (ORTK) from an audio recording of the show. Elaine Douglass (ORTK) host of the show:

Elaine Douglass: This is Elaine Douglass, WOL News-Talk Network, our show is UFOs Saturday night and here in the studio with Keith Morgan and our topic is the Face On Mars. We have a new guest on the air with us, Donna Tietze. Donna, you are also with three scientists who are on the air with us and that would be Stan McDaniels from California, Erol Toron from the east coast and Dan Drason whose in Colorado. The reason that I asked Donna to come on the show, Donna is in Houston, Texas and kind enough to join us tonight to tell us some very interesting things she observed while working at NASA. Donna is an educator and she is working on her Masters in Education. In the past Donna, as I understand it you held a position for 15 years with a contractor at the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston. You were a photo technician?

Donna Tietze: Correct!

E.D.: Donna welcome to UFOs Saturday Night. Tell me and tell everyone the incident that you recall as they say in the law court, did there come a time when you walked in a photo lab and someone told you something quite astounding? What happened that day?

D.T.: Yes Elaine, thats true. During the Apollo mission I worked at NASA throughout those Apollo missions and I did leave NASA at the time the space shuttles began. I worked in building eight in the photo lab. I had a secret clearance so I thought I could go anywhere in the building. And I did go into one area that was a restricted area. In this area they developed pictures taken from satelites and also all of the missions, the Apollo missions, flight missions. I went in and I was talking to one of the photographers and developers and he was putting together a mosaic which is a lot of photos, smaller photos into a larger photo pattern. And while I was in there I was trying to learn new methods and new things about the whole organization and I was looking at the pictures and he directed my attention to one area, he said, Look at that. I looked and there was a round oval shaped, well it was very white circular shape of a dot and I, it was black & white photography, so I asked him if that was a spot on the emulsion and he said, well I can't tell you but spots on the emulsion do not leave round circles of shadows.

E.D.: So there was a shadow on the ground?

D.T.: Right, a round shadow! And I noticed that there were pine trees, now I don't know where this area was or what, you, pretty close to the ground what I saw but I didn't see outline of the continent. But I did notice that thre was shadow under this white dot and I also noticed that the trees were casting the shadows in the same direction as this shadow of the circle of this aerial phenomena because it was higher than the trees but not too much higher than the trees but it was close to the ground and it was spherical but slightly elongated, not very much but slightly. I then said, is it a UFO? And he said, Well I can't tell you. And then I asked him, what are you going to do with this piece of information? And he said, well we have to airbrush these things out before we sell these photographs to the public. So I realized at that point that there is a procedure setup to take care of this type of information from the public.

E.D.: Isn't that remarkable gentlemen?

Stan McDaniels: Elaine, I was unable to really hear very much of that.

E.D.: Oh really?

SmcD: I did catch air brush it out.

E.D.: Alright, Stan can you hear this station break coming up?

SmcD: Uh, sure.

E.D.: So alright, we are going into that, we'll be back in just a couple of minutes

E.D.: Erol Toron, you are here?

E.T.: I'm still here

E.D.: Alright fine, Stan you said you could not hear the account that Donna gave?

SmcD: Not very well.

E.D.: Alright, Keith would you like to recapitulate what Donna said?

Keith Morgan: Stan, what she said was that she was in the photo lab at NASA and that she was looking at some photos and one showed an elliptical object, white object that was casting a shadow on the ground above some trees and the technician in there, she asked him if it was a UFO? He said I can't tell you. She said what are you going to do with this kind of information? He said well that is the kind of stuff that we airbrush out.

SmcD: Oh I see, thanks for that!

E.D. So Donna thats approximately, essentially correct what you said, right?

D.T. Right!

E.D.: Yes well I, Stan I think thats quite startling, don't you?

SmcD: Its speaks for itself.

E.D.: Yes it certainly does, Now Donna there is another matter that you learned about when you were there at NASA. I believe this was through a third party, a person that you were spending some time with who was a fellow NASA employee?

D.T.: Right, in fact after we talked, I thought about another incident with a guard that I would like to convey too thats very important. This man that I had dated was in quarantine with the astronauts when they had come back from the moon and I had talked to him about seeing this saucer (satellite photos) and asked him if he had heard anything about that and he told me that every astronaut, every moon trip had been followed by craft, by saucers, that every one of them, every astronaut that went to the moon, now I don't know about other sites but they all had seen it and all had been told to keep quite about it and they were threatened with jail and their whole retirement, everything taken away from them. They were also, this told me that if I ever told that he said it, that he would deny it, that he would never admit that he told me all of that.

E.D.: Did you hear that Stan?

SmcD: No

E.D.: Alright, ah, go ahead Keith, recapitulate.

(Keith repeats everything of that part that Donna Tietze stated, to McDaniel)

SmcD: Oh yes I see

E.D.: Yes and I believe that Donna you related to me, you friend came to believe that the UFOs were instrumental in geting Apollo 13 that was, ah, our disable mission to the moon, was it 13?

D.T.: Right, well he said that it shouldn't have come back, I mean, there was no, ah, they had help. And thats was all he would say.

E.D.: All he would say?

D.T.: He said it was impossible for that craft to have gotten back home

E.D.: Donna you said that there was another matter that you wanted to relate to us.

D.T.: Yes, something that I didn't talk to you about earlier. When I had quite work, I had an office, I was doing ilustration work at another office, in another part of town. And a man that had been a guard at NASA during the time came into my office and he had a large gash scar on his forehead and he told me that he was a guard at NASA and that he was burning a lot of photographs of UFOs. That was his job.

E.D.: Really (surprised)

D.T.: And he said he stopped to look at one too long and one of the other, I gathered it was some type of military man, hit him in the head with a gun butt and knocked him out.

E.D.: What? (shocked)

D.T.: Because he had looked at one of the photographs too long, he did describe the photograph to me which I tend to believe was an accurate photograph.

E.D: Oh, my god!

D.T.: He explained that it was a craft on the ground and it looked like, it was like a regular saucer with like little bumps all over and he said it was like it was burnt. He said cows in the field all had their tails stuck straight up. At the time he said he didn't know when cattle were frightened, that their tails would stick staight up. And he described this to me and since then, I did describe it to someone that I thought might have looked at some of these photos, possibly and they did look kind of frightened that I shouldn't know about that one.

(the next several minutes later the conversation is more about UFOs following Apollo crafts to the moon)

E.D.: The second part of her account had to do with the stalking of our space mission by UFOs of our space missions to the moon and so on. She even said that they apparently helped in one case by bringing the Apollo 13 back, that was the impression that she got and..

D.T.: yes but they (aliens) also didn't want that craft to investigate the part of the moon that they was going to, so they may have caused some of it too, but it was supposed, we were told not to go but we ignored it. Now thats what I've heard, that some of the stuff he was telling me.

E.D. Did he say that, your direct contact?

D.T.: Yes!

E.D.: That the United States was told not to go to the moon?

D.T.: To that certain place on the back side of the moon.

E.D.: And did he know why we weren't supposed to go there?

D.T.: I guess they didn't want us to see something back there, I don't know, I don't know that part.

How To Video A UFO...06/14/99

Some things that you can do to assist video analysts determine a fabricated or hoaxed video against the real thing are:

1. Zooming in and out. Zooming increases and decreases both size of image and perspective. Features (objects) that are videotaped move in a proportionate ratio of size/distance. When one zooms, an analyst can extrapolate relative distances of objects, hence eliminating close-up models and reducing the possibility of computer model insertions. So, when videotaping, make sure you do some zooming.

2. Camera movements such as panning, both up and down to include other relative objects that are much closer than the UFO. When a camera is panned to other objects, especially ones that are close up, the camera's autofocus feature will change the lens to focus on the closer object. This also helps to determine that an object, such as a UFO was in fact at a certain distance. It is also difficult for a computer image to "pace" the autofocus characteristics exactly. In other words, it would be difficult to fake a UFO where the camera was first focused at infinity with the UFO in focus, then focus on a close-up object and then back. The time lag in the autofocus feature will bring the UFO in focus along with other distant objects. So, when videotaping, make sure you pan to close up objects then back to the UFO.

3. Briefly move your camera behind some object that will occlude your UFO, then pan back to the UFO. If the UFO you are taping has clear blue sky as a background and nothing in the foreground, it won't fly as "proof beyond a reasonable doubt" footage. If someone passes in front of your camera, or you duck back behind some tree branches, your car, or even slowly pass your own hand in front of the lens (provided your hand is far enough away from the lens to get some focus on it, and the camera can discern a clear edge of your hand) this will be hard to fake and will add more credibility to your video. So, when videotaping, make sure that you temporarily put some other object between your camera and the UFO, especially if that object can provide a crisp edge to occlude the UFO. The best is to briefly obscure only a portion of the UFO.

4. Move with your camera. A camera in real, or quick motion is also hard to fake with most computers. If you can, walk with your camera while taping. If the UFO is close, the background movement will give away its relative distance. If it is far away, it will appear to move with you. Some most convincing video and stills have been taken in moving cars.

So, while taping, try to take a few or several steps. (Watch out for cliffs, rotating machinery and that stubborn old bald headed man I sometimes see on the television that said "There has never been a good picture taken of a UFO)!

ETs Outside the Time Stream...04/05/99

Whenever the subject of UFOs and Intelligent Life beyond Earth comes up, one of the first things people ask is, "Why are they here?". That seems like a tough question because there is so many different theories about it. Many are that they are monitoring us and have been for thousands of years. There is proof of this in the pyramids, ancient Sumarian gods, Native American Drawings and so many other sources. We all know of this proof and it is not necessary to discuss it. But why?

This question can be answered in one sentence but in order to get the full effect and the full understanding you need an example. ETs have been monitoring us in order to study us and to prevent us from making the same mistake they did. What mistake? They polluted their planet and couldn't live there any more. Where did they go? I will come back to that after I give this great example of Aliens monitoring humans.

One day a buffalo is sleeping in the plains at night when suddenly he is awoken by bright lights and a spacecraft landing next to him. The buffalo jumps up and runs but is suddenly shot in the neck with something that immediately makes him drowsy and makes him fall to the ground. Three creatures emerge from the spacecraft, pick up the buffalo and carry him into the helicopter. They take blood and urine samples and probe his body. The creatures then take a needle and prick him in the neck inserting an implant into his body. The creatures then release the buffalo and take off in their spacecraft. The buffalo comes to and runs to his friends and tell them the story but they think he's nuts. Little does the buffalo know that what he saw was a helicopter and the creatures he saw are scientists. He was shot with a tranquilizer dart. Now back in the city the scientists know exactly where the buffalo is, what his temperature is, what his heart rate is every second of every day for the rest of his life.

That story really makes you believe. Now onto what happened to the ETs. The ETs are far more advanced then humans are. The ETs polluted their planet and killed most of each other in Nuclear War. Their planet is now inhabitable. There is no other planet around that they can inhabit. There only hope for survival is to leave time itself. They conquered time and their entire civilization left the time stream. They would never evolve again as long as they are out of the time stream. Their technology would never advance again (which explains why the Sumerians, Egyptians, and Native Americans saw the same ETs and UFOs that we do today, thousands of years later).

One day the ETs found that another planet has life. This planet is Earth. Their inhabitants which are called humans are very primitive. Their civilization has just begun. The ETs realize that this is a perfect chance to study these humans. They monitor the humans for thousands of years until they discovered nuclear weapons. Now the humans were a threat to themselves. They could make the same mistake the ETs did. The ETs then began us even more. That is why many more UFO reports have came in since 1945 when the Atomic Bomb was tested. There are many UFO reports in places during war.

They are here for a reason and its up to us to listen to them, for our own sake.

More Strange Lights Over the Town...04/03/99

After several appearances two weeks ago, strange lights returned to color the sky of the city and scare the residents.

In the district of Itaim, Gabriel de Carvalho Filho, a resident at the Residential Sete Quedas, watched again, with his wife, a true ballet of objects.

The Folha da Cidade�s reporter, Eduardo Luiz Santion, photographed the objects and watched for 15 minutes with others witness, the evolution of the objects.

Ute Minna Luise de Paula, also resident at the Residential Sete Quedas, who saw part of the "show" of the lights, on Tuesday , said that the shape and the motion of the objects reject the possibility that those lights could be stars or balloons.

"The velocity and the intensity of the lights, as well as her quickly changing colors do not allow that we think these objects are known".

Gabriel Carvalho Filho does not believe that terrestrial engines are able to do such movements as the 3 objects did.

Francisco Bento Feitosa, who works at the Residential Sete Quedas, agreed, he simply lost his breath when he saw the lights. He did not believe in UFOs, but his faith was firmly shaken on Tuesday night.

With other residents of Sete Quedas he pointed out several glowing objects, that in spite of looking like stars, they remained fixed in the sky.

Since the first sightings of the lights, on february 23rd, 1999, several people, who believe or not in the UFOs, now are watching the sky all evening.

On the weekend, residents in the neighborhoods located in higher areas also sighted "stranges" lights. Clarice Fukuda was one of them, and through her window, noted a abnormal behavior of a couple of lights in the direction of the Gaplan�s building. Her husband told her that it was a helicopter, but she was unsatisfied and looked for the lights again, but they had disappeared.

E.T. poses for the camera...03/30/99

Back in the fall of 1995 while driving down Albany Post RD. in Pine Bush , NY ,my father and I noticed a strange light hovering at about tree top level in the back of a field..We stopped the car to watch the light and decided to take some pictures of the field..After a few moments the light disappeared behind some trees so we repostioned the car to try and get the light within our field of view again,this happened several times.I continued taking pictures of the field for a few minutes untill the light was no longer visible..Then we continued driving,not knowing the events that just took place right under noses'..Recent investigation has concluded the trees that this UFO was hovering above to have been a mile away.

A day or two later we got the film developed and were totally blown away..Appearently although unseen by us at the time something very strange took place durring the above described sighting..A being had actually walked from the back of the field up to the road..According to the pictures it seems this being was at one point somewhere between 10-15 ft away from us..This being was practically in our face and we did not see it..I would like to believe that although on an uncounscious level we somehow interacted with this being..Also i feel it is fair to draw the conclusion that this being is an extraterrestrial,because we were seeing a UFO above the back of that field while taking the pictures,which is where the ET walked from..There are also several anomalies that dont appear to be extraterrestrail in nature within the series of three photos which the ET showed up in..

Below is my detailed analysis of the photos.I however am not a proffesional photo analyst, but SEVERAL proffesionals have analyzed the photos,and my conclusions for the most part are based on their findings..

The above is the first of three photos.In this picture the ET is barely visible,and can be seen in the right portion of the photo peeking just over the grass.At this point it would appear the ET is rather distant from us.There is also "Paranormal Fog" otherwise known as ectoplasm,which is usually associated with ghostly activity,as well as the balls of light which are also associated with ghostly activity.Some of these ghostly anomalies appear to be within a few feet of The camera,some appear to be much further away..

Here in the second photo you may notice that there is now a tree potruding into the photo from the right,this because we moved the car trying to get a better view of the UFO that we were watching in the back of the field.Lucky for us by moving the car it would seem that this ET is now more centered in our field of view..The ET is obviously much closer in this photo..Again the balls of light are present..

As you can see by looking at how far the tree is protruding into the photo the car has again been moved,in order to get a better view of the UFO.The ET appears to be about 10-15 feet from us at this point.Again the balls of light are present..And although hard to see in the above image there is another being which appears to be rising out of the ground right next to the ET,which will be discussed further below..

This animation shows how throughout the course of time ,
that I was taking photos, this ET moved progressively towards
us..So obviously for whatever reason this ET was particularly
interested in us..Especially since the UFO from which i assume
this ET came from was about a mile away..

Now take a good look at the above image!!The ET's left arm <photo right> is stretched downward..There appears to be another being which the ET is touching.The head and shoulders of that being can be seen peeking just over the grass.Because this second being was not seen walking towards us from the UFO in the rest of the series of photos and based on the location of its head and shoulders,it appears that this second being was rising out of the ground.According to the opinions of some experts, rising out of the ground is common in ASTRAL phenomena.The ET's arm is stretched toward the ASTRAL being,this may suggest that the ET was well aware of the presence of the ASTRAL being.
Also take a good look at the image,you will see a strange white object in the center of the ET.Experts have been unable to agree as to what that object it,some have said it is the skeleton of the ET,others have said it to be a weapon,personally i dont agree with either theory,I however dont have any theories to offer.Except that it seems obvious to me that its not a weapon or skeleton due to the fact that the object is actually in several peices.So below are some enlarged enhancements of the object,take a look and see what you think.

Almost from the start, sex and UFOs were inseparable bedfellows. The adventure of 23-year-old Antonio Villas Boas on 16 October 1957 in Brazil is probably the most famous case of interstellar intercourse.

Antonio was ploughing a field on the family farm when the engine of his tractor cut out; at the same time, an object with purple lights descended from the sky. Humanoids in spacesuits emerged from the object and took him into their craft, subjecting him to what seemed like a medical examination.

They stripped him, spread a strange liquid over him and took a sample of his blood. He was left alone in a room for what seemed a long time, until a beautiful, fair-haired woman arrived. She was naked and Antonio was instantly attracted to her. Without speaking or kissing, they had sex, during which she growled like a dog.

Despite his strange circumstances or perhaps because the alien liquid had Viagra-like properties Antonio was soon ready for a second helping.

Interviewed later, he said: "Before leaving she turned to me, pointed to her belly, and smilingly pointed to the sky."

Before letting him go, his captors gave Antonio a guided tour of the spaceship.

Antonio went on to become a successful lawyer and still stood by his story over 30 years later. Equally lurid stories of sexual liaisons with UFO occupants came from the world-famous contactees of the 1950s.

Howard Menger, for one, had regular meetings with Marla, a beautiful blonde from space who claimed to be 500 years old. She projected "warmth, love and physical attraction," which he found irresistible. Menger divorced his wife to marry Marla (aka Connie Weber).

From July 1952, Truman Bethurum had many meetings with Aura Rhanes, the captain of a flying saucer, whom he found to be "tops in shapeliness and beauty". Bethurum's wife wasn't so impressed with this "queen of women" and cited Rhanes in her divorce petition.

From the late Forties to the early Sixties, female contactees in contrast to today's female abductees are few and far between. This is more than made up for by the astonishing story of Elizabeth Klarer, who in 1956 fell in love with Akon, a scientist who took her to his home planet, Meton. There, he seduced her, saying: "Only a few are chosen for breeding purposes from beyond this solar system to infuse new blood into our ancient race." This smooth talk worked; "I surrendered in ecstacy to the magic of his lovemaking," she wrote later. Klarer said their "magnetic union" produced a perfect and highly intelligent son named Ayling. She was sent back to South Africa alone and died in 1994; as far as we know her starman and son live on somewhere beyond Alpha Centauri.

Rather ordinary tales of 'contact' are thus transformed into heroic fantasies of youthful virility. Antonio Villas Boas claimed to have done what any healthy young man would have done in the same situation; he and Elizabeth Klarer delivered the goods, helping to save an alien race from extinction.

Scientific ufologists, more interested in 'hard' evidence (like radar traces, photographs and forensic samples) condemn this 'wet' material as too subjective, relegating claims of sexual assault and abduction to the fields of psychology and folklore (which they likewise distrust).

The early contactee literature provides a rich variety of such stories and, whatever their validity, it is a pity they have been largely neglected or ridiculed. When ufologist John Keel visited college communities in Northeast America during the mid-1960s, several young women told him they had been raped by aliens, and young men confessed that aliens had extracted their semen.

By the 1970s, the idea of hybrid 'space babies' was more widely known but taken seriously only by UFO cultists who, said Keel, feared, that "the flying saucer fiends are engaged in a massive biological experiment creating a hybrid race which will eventually take over the Earth."

A decade later, these notions were part of mainstream ufology. Serious researchers some of them academics, like John E Mack and David Jacobs openly declared their belief that the 'Greys' were taking sperm and ova from human abductees.

It was common to hear female abductees tell of being impregnated, of the fetus taken from their wombs, and of later being shown their hybrid babies in a nursery on a flying saucer.

Historically, pregnancy and abortion have been surrounded by a constellation of myths and old wives' tales and it is, perhaps, no surprise to find UFO mythology being used to explain unexpected pregnancies, 'mysterious' discharges and missing or malformed babies.

In the 1970s, a 19-year-old Californian girl attributed the birth of a blue-skinned, web-footed baby to being gang raped by six blue-skinned web-footed humanoids who attacked her after she watched their spaceship land on a beach.

Similar stories of lusty mermen (the ocean has some affinity with space) can be found in folklore and are usually given as explanation for the birth of deformed babies with reptilian or fish-like characteristics.

Some researchers are aware of intriguing similarities between the lore of witches and fairies and modern abduction reports, and nocturnal sexual encounters with supernatural beings of all types can be found in most cultures to the present day.

In the past, hundreds of men and women confessed (not always under torture) to sexual intercourse with demons. Some shapeshifting demons were said to lie with a man (as a succubus) to obtain sperm and then (as an incubus) impregnate a woman with it.

Ufologists, in particular, have been aware of the structural similarities between accounts of fairy and alien encounters.

A recent study by James Pontolillo compared 1517th century accounts of sexual relations with demons to 20th century encounters with aliens and concluded that both traditions expressed a fundamental fear of female sexuality but today the male body and mind are just as likely to be under attack.

Communion author Whitley Strieber famously described being sodomised by a narrow, 1ft (0.3m)-long alien probe. He felt that, while inside him, it seemed alive and was surprised, on its removal, to find it was a mechanical device.

In my own research I have interviewed 'Martin Bolton' who had visions of, and telepathic communications with, three young space women. On behalf of these entities, he window-shopped for female attire and watched porn films. They were the 'goodies'; the 'baddies' beamed pain to his brain and for a three-year period stretched his penis during the night. On several occasions they afflicted him with phantom pregnancies.

Ridley Scott's movie Alien (1979) dramatised the otherworldly nature of the alien sexual assaults; the proof of their inhumanity is that they don't always differentiate between the sexes or even between species. Historian David Jacobs who offers accounts, in his book, of abductees compelled to have sex with fellow victims while aliens watched speaks for many who believe that the apparently spontaneous experience of abduction by so many different people implies the phenomenon really exists as an objective threat.

Yet Rogerson has demonstrated that most of the elements of the abduction narrative appeared together as early as 1967 in The Terror Above Us by Malcolm Kent. This science fiction novel anticipated such ufological themes as the 'Oz factor' (the sensation of being transported to a different reality), the supernatural cold, the doorway amnesia (the informant cannot remember what went on inside a room after entering), the alien in disguise, and impersonal scientists experimenting on humans. For good measure, the story also includes a male protagonist having his genitals examined before sex with an alien female.

Another critic of the hybrid-breeding idea is British ufologist Peter Brookesmith, who compared the described activities of the alien 'doctors' with the procedures used by terrestrial fertility specialists. He found that the alien inseminators singularly fail to take their subjects at the premium time for egg removal, namely within 48 hours of ovulation. And the aliens are just as likely to be confused by 'missing' fetuses as are humans, given the general difficulty of diagnosing pregnancy within the first eight weeks. For all their cosmic superiority, the alien inseminators can make pretty elementary, and farcical, errors.

Aliens inserted a long needle into Betty Andreasson's navel. They said their purpose had to do with creation and were puzzled to find 'something' missing. Andreasson had to explain to them that she'd had a hysterectomy. Whatever the genesis of such reports, we have to consider that folk have reported sexual contact with all manner of supernatural beings throughout history.

Either the aliens have been conducting their beastly experiments for millennia, or such stories meet some deep-seated socio-psychological need. Until any solid medical evidence is provided, the latter hypothesis seems the more likely.

Object Nearly Hit Airliner Near TWA Crash Site...03/06/99

OTTAWA - A Swissair pilot has reported that his 797 jet was nearly hit by an unidentified flying object, possibly a missile, near the area off New York where a TWA airplane crashed in 1996.

Swissair Flight 127 was cruising at 28,000 feet on Aug. 9, 1997, when the pilot reported a near miss by a round white object, says a report by the US National Transportation Safety Board. "Sir, I don't know what it was, but it just flew like a couple of hundred feet above us," he radioed Boston air traffic control. "I don't know if it was a rocket or whatever, but incredibly fast, opposite direction." "In the opposite direction?" asked the controller. "Yes sir, and the time was 2107 {Greenwich mean time]. It was too fast to be an airplane." "All that I can tell, 127, is that [we] saw a light object, it was white and very fast."

Investigators interviewed the captain and first officer on Aug 10, 1997. The report, filed under NYC97SA193, said the flight was opposite John F. Kennedy Airport at 5:07 p.m., Eastern time - near the area where TWA Flight 800 went down July 17, 1996, after taking off from JFK,; killing 230 people.

Some believe a missile caused the midair explosion of the TWA 737 off Long Island New York. Authorities have reached no official conclusion but they have been leaning toward faulty wiring in the plane's fuel tank.

The transportation safety board report said the cylindrical object "... passed over the cockpit. slightly right of centerline. If it had been any lower, it would have hit the aircraft. As the object passed by, there was no noise., no wake turbulence, no disruption or anomalies with any other flight or engine instruments." The plane was in clear weather to Boston from Philadelphia at the time.

The sun was at the pilots back. The first officer said he saw the object pass overhead very quickly. It was close enough that he ducked his head because he thought it would hit them. He thought it passed 100 to 200 feet above the airplane. The report said the nearest weather balloons are launched from Upton, New York, 43 nautical miles northeast of JFK twice daily, at 7 p.m., and 3 a.m. Eastern time and usually take 25 to 28 minutes to reach 23,000 feet. Investigators checked radar data and plotted the plane's flight path. �There was no evidence of an opposite direction target, either beacon or non-beacon� said the report.

I think this is excellent news, and believe the story confirms precisely what the young man suggests: that 'they' seem to know when he's out-and-about and able to tape, and they put on a show for him. He has FIVE-AND-a-HALF HOURS of allegely excellent-quality footage! Moreover, 'They' are doing the same for all of us, ie feeding us appropo our interests and abilities, if we've got our HEARTS and minds open, and remain alert to opportunities and possibilities ...

Occurrances like this are ALSO why I'm sure that we'll receive ADDITIONAL footage of the Transmissions of the Formations ... It'd be outstanding if we could somehow obtain infra-red video footage, for then we'd be able to see the second and third (of the three) pairs of BoLs actually SHOOTING the maser beams into the crop ... and watch as the heat spreads throughout the Formation-in-progress, spiraling blindlingly quickly just above the ground 'til all the crop within the SoundBarrier is laid. (The SoundBarrier is the containment vessel/barrier placed at the Formation's perimeter. It consists of Sound/Vibration, and its purpose is to restrict the Heat and Wind which lay the stalks to within its walls -- else the Energies would run all over the field.) Then as portions of the Formation-in-progress were completed, we would see (on this still-hypothetical infra-red footage) the WindTubes rising at an angle along the SoundBarrier (the outer perimeter of the template) and dispersing above the Formation into the ambient air. Such footage (as we've yet to acquire) will also corroborate and confirm that John Wheyleigh's footage of the Oliver's Castle Transmission in '96 is ABSOLUTELY GENUINE, despite continued protestations to the contrary. I'm equally sure that the footage of that in Mexico City UFO is absolutely genuine ... Once I saw it, I've never doubted it for a second. (A download of that MexUFO sighting is available, too. If you want it, I will wait a couple of days so I can set up your eddresses as I hear from you, then send to everyone at once. I forgot where it is online ... can anyone help?) The Mexico craft's lilting flight pattern exactly fit the way Billy Meier described (AND taped, a couple of decades ago) Semjase's craft manuvering. I accept Billy's Gifts as valid, too ... That he's had alleged ego and emotional difficulties following his experiences does NOT, IMO, diminish the validity OF HIS extraordinary CONTRIBUTIONS, which speak quite clearly *for themselves*.

Because there's a determined block by certain BlackOps cadres (and those whose energies they're able to pull in and/or purchase, including those of the international media) within most Western governments to suppress this info, Our Helpers are intensifying their 'taking it to the streets' efforts ... literally! It doesn't matter HOW much disinfo is out there, how intensely some folks are determined to obfuscate and confound the populace by lying and accepting bribes to role-play in orchestrated attempts to promulgate confusion: they don't stand a chance against the Light!

Sightings in Wyoming...03/02/99

Hi Mitch,

Has anyone reported a meteor in the upper central Wyoming skies this past Sat. night? My husband and I had gone to bed on this past Sat. night, while watching TV, out our bedroom window we saw a very large white and blue ball of light with a long tail on it fly across our sky at a very low height.......it was just above the Mts.. here. My husband is retired military pilot [18 yrs], and said it was very unusual. This thing did not drop at a downward angle towards the earth, this "thing" was going extremely fast horizontally from west going east.......from the Big Horn Mts.. towards the easterly South Dakota.

Has anyone reported seeing this object in the skies? This happened at 10:45 PM [Mt. time]

MUFON Skywatch Investigations...02/26/99

THERE IS A SHARP INCREASE IN SIGHTINGS WORLDWIDE Sightings of UFOs seemed
were sharply down between December 20, 1998, and January 7, 1999. Although
some fire balls and lights were observed structured UFOs were last observed
heading south along the Australia coast presumed to be headed for Antarctica
in late December. During January, the sightings seemed to pick up in
Australia and spread to north. It's now summer in the Southern Hemisphere.

NEW HAVEN -- Ryan John Devlin reports that on February 13, 1999, at 9:34 PM I
was with my family at a park called West Rock. I was walking and looking up
at the stars and saw lights in the sky that looked weird. The park is on a
little mountain. I told everybody to lookup and we saw some very strange
lights, that made some strange patterns in the sky. 203-932-3528, 100
