IOANNINA, Greece (AP) - A moderate earthquake shook northwestern Greece Tuesday, but there were no reports of injuries or damage. The quake, with a preliminary magnitude of 4.5, hit before dawn and was centered near Ioannina, about 180 miles northwest of Athens, the Athens Geodynamic Institute said. On Sept. 7, a magnitude 5.8 quake centered near Athens claimed 143 lives and left about 100,000 people homeless.
