This
breaking article will be of no surprise to many of you. Nasa has
just announced "a fleet of spacecraft were sent to observe our
atmosphere's response to recent solar storms." One such spacecraft
is called "TIMED" (Thermosphere, Ionosphere, Mesosphere, Energetics
and Dynamics). This is Nasa's way of measuring ECTV's "equation".
Equation:
Sunspots => Solar Flares => Magnetic Shift => Shifting Ocean
and Jet Stream Currents => Extreme Weather
and Human Disruption (mitch battros)
Nasa states
their shifting focus is providing important new information on
the final link in the Sun-Earth Connection chain of physical processes
that connect the Sun and Earth. In other words, the connection
between solar activity and our weather.
As mentioned
in earlier articles, I believe we are just months away from daily
reports of the Sun-Earth connection viewed on our local weather
forecast.

Increase
in earthquake activity has been noted. At least four 6.0
earthquakes have been reported with the largest occurring in southern
Alaska measuring 6.5 magnitude. Here is one of several reports
on our "breaking news" page.

This weeks
guest is Dr. Gary Sharp - Climatologist. Dr. Sharp is a Adjunct
Professor, Fisheries Center, University of British Columbia, Vancouver,
B.C., Canada. He is Special Science Advisor to the Monterey Bay
National Marine Sanctuary Research Advisory Panel. Gary Sharp
also has worked closely with NOAA as a chief science adviser for
many years. Dr. Sharp will tell us where the term "El Nino", "La
Nina", and my personal favorite "La Cucaracha" originated. You
may be surprise at his answer. It appears Dr. Sharp is as frustrated
with these terms as I am. As many of you know, I believe the southern
pacific oscillation is caused by solar events. Dr. Sharp has yet
another idea as to the cause of this phenomena. This will be one
great show.
Next week I
will have Dr. Vincent Gray. Since 1991 Dr. Gray specialized on
Climate Change, and has been an "expert reviewer" for the Intergovernmental
Panel on Climate Change for all the Scientific Reports.

The Day

not cease from exploring, and the end of our exploring, will be
to arrive where we started, and know the place for the first time."
