BEIJING (AP) - A moderate earthquake rattled southwest China Thursday, but their were no immediate reports of injuries, the state-run Xinhua News Agency said. In a brief dispatch, Xinhua said the magnitude of 5.5 earthquake struck at 4:55 a.m. between Qiubei and Mile counties in Yunnan province. Two quakes with magnitudes of 5.9 and 6.5 struck another county in Yunnan Jan. 15, killing five, injuring 1,544, and leaving more than 90,000 homeless.
