(excerpt from NASA web site dated 12/29/99) - Every now and then, the sun spots spits out a bubble of ionized gas known as a Coronal Mass Ejection or CME. Part of that energy can be concentrated when the CME washes over a large object, like the Earth and its invisible shield, the magnetosphere, that is generated by the Earth's magnetic field.
"If the Earth happens to be in the way (of a CME ), then we're looking to see how the aurora responds, " says Dr. Jim Spann, a space plasma physicist at NASA's Marshall Space Center.
The magnetosphere, populated with ionized gases and electrons, is like an invisible shield around the Earth. The Earth's magnetic field forces the solar wind to part and slide around it. But at the same time, a gust in the solar wind can squeeze the magnetosphere, forcing some of the magnetosphere's particles earthward along the magnetic field lines. Particles energized enough to burrow as deep as the upper atmosphere produces the dazzling aurora borealis and magnetic storms."---------
THIS IS exactly the phenomenon I have written about and discussed on my lecture tour over the last several months. I am pleased to see NASA responding in this manner. It gives me a ray of hope to think NASA is ready to come forward with tangible explanation of the escalation of weather I call "Earth Changes".
A quick recap with a description I believed most everyone can understand. What has been known as El Nino - La Nina, is simply a couple of cute names to describe the shifting of jet streams and ocean currents. This phenomenon is the result of what I call the "Magnetic Shift". It is a term used to describe the occurrence of when the magnetic field, which surrounds our Earth, shifts due to increased solar activity. This solar activity is often described as CME's, X-Class flares, M-Class flares, and X-Ray flares. When this increased solar activity hits our magnetic field, it causes the field to shift, hence the term "Magnetic Shift".
The solar cycle or "Sun Cycle" is a known occurrence which repeats on a regular schedule. There are three known cycles. An 11 year cycle, 22 year cycle, and 1200 year cycle. NASA believes we are currently in an 11 year cycle known as "Cycle 23". One of the methods to determine the length and strength of a cycle is by "Sun Spots". NASA has derived a method to count sun spots, and come up with a prediction of when and how intense a particular solar cycle will be.
This is where NASA and I part. NASA insist we are in a very predictable cycle known as "Cycle 23", which is what they are claming to be an 11 year cycle. This known cycle has been predicted to be some time around March/April 2000.
Here's the problem...using NASA's own predictions, we experienced DOUBLE the count of sun spot activity for three days in November '99. The count had reached 340, 331, and 324. This is twice the apex predicted. In addition, this occurred 4 to 5 months prior to the expected apex which is March/April, meaning we have just begun to see the escalation. It also means we have just begun to see UNPRECEDENTED escalation of weather.
Here is what my research suggest is happening. We are not in a 11, 22, or 1200 year solar cycle, we appear to be in what I am calling a "Mega Cycle". Some scientist believe this may occur every hundreds of thousands of years. (exact number unknown). These Mega Cycles bring with them an exceptionally high solar active phenomenon which many believe contribute to what several of our ancient text have describe, including the Bible.
Remember folks, "we are all just kind of guessing". I also want to remind you of my belief that "all science is subjective". Who knows for sure what will unfold. It comes down to your own personal belief based on facts provided.
I want to remind all of us, do not follow my truth, follow yours...Seek And You Shall Find. Find What? Your Truth! This is where the power resides.
