All in all,
this is a good thing. Of course ECTV has been advocating preparedness
since 1995. What we are seeing unfold today, is the outcome of
an eighteen month internal battle to rule the hearts and minds
of the American public. On the one side, it was thought people
should not be told the truth or let in on information that could
cause civil unrest and panic. This group believed the less the
public knows, the better able emergency management such as FEMA
could take control of events and unleash their game plan agenda's.
The theory of
this model, keeps the public in the dark as to not cause panic.
But in fact, what would unfold would be just the opposite. When
an event would suddenly occur, people would be one hundred times
more prone to experience shock, trauma, bewilderment. The outcome
of helpless, hopelessness would feed the fire of fear, making
even the most stable of people unsure and unsafe.
The other side
of this internal battle, which now appears to have won over, uses
the principal of 'inclusion'. It's meaning tell us it is far better
to be aware and prepared, than in darkness of obscurity and deniability.
It appears those who won out, were able to convince the opposing
team that the danger is far more at risk to mobilize a wooded
soul stunned by the shock of sudden uncertainty. It would be as
if a tsunami collapsed right on top of their head without one
single whisper of the imminence danger which accompanies a sudden
quietness. Only to raise it forceful deadly head at the last moment
catching every single person in its path by stealth cloaked surprise.
Today's announcement
by appointed king Tom Ridge, is actually a very good sign those
who know disaster team protocol have won out. Today's action tells
me, we are likely to develop a better warning system which includes,
7 day survival kits, to filters for safe water, to developing
"phone tree" nodules all over the United States and
World.
What is being
put in place will be useful for inside terrorist treats, as well
as external natural disasters such as asteroids, comets, earthquakes,
volcanoes, floods, high winds. This could be a great beginning
to a united front made up of cluster colonies or tribes. See,
it would take us back to the methods of our ancestors. Perhaps
we will once again realize just how important our neighbors really
are.

Office, he brought to you almost eight years ago, the very information
the Homeland Security is just now coming around to acknowledge.
