Poisoned Rivers Kill Millions of Fish in Iran

Iranian officials say more than one and a half million fish have died from poisoning in two rivers in southern Iran.

An official for the Iranian Provincial Environment Department said they didn't know what type of poison had been used in the Heleh and Dalaki rivers in Bushehr province, or who was responsible.

He said the incident had caused the equivalent of between three to four-point-six million dollars worth of damage.
