If 'time is
art," why a new science?
Science is
how we know. You cannot do anything without practicing some kind
of science, whether intuitively or learned. How we know establishes
our method of knowing. The method we use determines what we know.
How we apply the method yields 'results' that may be beneficial
or harmful.
The values
of present-day science are not objective, but culturally inherited,
socially conditioned functions of our life that we simply take
for granted. There is no one absolute form of science that prevails
throughout history. Science must continually be reshaped or else
it loses its power of objectifying the unknown. True science is
evolutive, changing as our perceptions change. But without an
absolute determining value of the purpose of life within a divine
order, science can be highly effective yet destructive of the
very values of life it is intended to serve. This is the critique
of the science of the 12:60.
Science in
accord with the higher guiding principles of life will formulate
solutions to situations that harmonize with those higher guiding
principles. When we know that the Law of Time is the effective
measure and higher guiding principle of all of nature, then in
its pursuit we shall leave greater and greater testimonies to
the harmonic perception and sensation, which we describe as art.
All art is also a function of science, and no human creation can
be formulated that does not unconsciously or consciously utilize
science in its elaboration or form of expression. When learned,
the new science will inform everything we do, whether we are conscious
of applying certain principles or not.
The new science
of time is a fourth-dimensional circulating information biology
governed by the Law of Time, T(E) = Art. For this reason, the
Five Time Cells and the Earth Ethical Curriculum of the Invisible
College area pure function of the Law of Time. This Law and its
principles have only just been articulated in: A Treatise on Time
Viewed from its own Dimension (The Call of Pacal Votan: Time is
the Fourth Dimension), 1996; "The Discovery of the Law of
Time," 1996; the "260 Postulates of the Dynamics of
Time," 1996; and the "Principia Mathematica of the Fourth
Dimension," 1997. The theory and Law of Time presented in
these definitive texts stand at the opposite end of the century
and of the mental spectrum which produced the Theory of Relativity,
1906.
E=MC2 is a
function of a mathematics limited to and deformed by its restriction
to a third-dimensional definition of reality, the physical or
material plane. In a multidimensional universe, a science that
restricts its definition of reality to a single dimension is bound
to implode and fragment itself into destructive hypotheses of
a violent and chaotic universe.
Dominated
by physics, materialist science advances heedless of its social
or biospheric effects. As the ultimate expression of the one-dimensional
physicalist science, the theory of relativity has virtually zero
social relevance. Its major application produced the atomic bomb,
generating the psycho-biospheric chaos of the nuclear age, while
nuclear energy merely keeps humanity dependent on resources that
are wasteful and dangerous.
{T(E) = Art}
is the expression of the Law of time: (E)nergy factored by (T)ime
equals (Art). The model presented by time understood from its
own dimension, the fourth, is so radically different from the
physicalist models of present-day science, that it is really necessary
to start over again.
Once we have
grasped that the Law of Time is multidimensionally comprehensive
while the theory of relativity is dimensionally restricted, we
may be more willing to listen and to learn again. The fourth dimension
is greater than and includes the third dimension. Once we understand
that the Law of Time is a multidimensional whole system (=cosmic)
science, and then we may go back to third dimensional physics
and see what is valid and in accord with cosmic principles and
what is merely destructive.
Totally the
opposite of the theory of relativity, the Law of Time has immediate
social application and is the factor, which completes the biospheric
premise. The biosphere is defined as a region of Earth for the
transformation of cosmic energy. The biospheric premise is this:
the knowledge of the laws and principles governing the biosphere
can only be complete once the Law of Time and its governing principles
have been consciously formulated as a scientific description totally
apart from the mathematics of third-dimensional space. (Vernadsky,

In the new
science of time, the interactive experience that we each have
within the biosphere replaces the microscopic search for subatomic
particles or the telescopic search for the big bang. The biosphere,
of which the human organism is an integral feature, is the whole
system subset from which we may derive the general whole system
laws of cosmic science. The Law and radial mathematics of time
is a whole system or holonomic (law governing whole systems) reflex
of cosmic science. The whole system Law of time governs the biosphere,
the Earthly transformative reflection of the cosmic whole system.
The guiding
principles underlying the Law of Time are a discrete and self-referenced
system. In its self-referenced wholeness, the Law of Time participates
in and reflects the holonomic order. The general principles and
features of holonomy - "according to the law governing whole
systems" - as they apply to the whole system subset, Earth,
are fully revealed in Earth Ascending: An Illustrated Treatise
on the Law Governing Whole Systems, (1984, 1988, 1996).
The holon
is the basic unit of whole systems comprehension.
The holon
is to fourth-dimensional time what the atom is to third-dimensional
physics. The holon and the holonomic order in all of its parts
represent the generative structures of intelligence, which evolve
according to biospheric necessity. The crisis of the biosphere
is the result of the application of a dimensionally restrictive
science upon a reality, the biosphere, which is actually a catalyst
for multidimensional functions. The only solution is the activation
of structures of intelligence that raise the collective awareness
of the species in error to the dynamic of the science of time
and the multidimensional vistas of the whole systems reality.
In the holonomic
order, the whole system biosphere (Earth) is a function of
three resonant fields: the gravitational, electromagnetic, and
biopsychic. These three fields represent structures of intelligence
that are not just hypothetical. No genuine understanding of our
future evolution can occur without taking into account the three
fields of resonance by which the whole system biosphere (Earth)
is maintained in a harmony of time.
The structure
of intelligence governing the fields of resonance is the binary
triplet configuration, the primal holonomic information unit.
In the weightless reality of the fourth dimension, in-form-ation,
the power of being in form, is the dominant quality of all transactions.
Whether the transactions are chemical-molecular or social- mental,
the binary triplet configuration supplies the primary code by
which the transaction can be mapped and comprehended as a whole
systems function.
The psi bank
(noosphere) is the fourth-dimensional order of information by
means of which the binary triplet configuration governs the multiple
levels of biospheric functioning.
The psi bank
is "locatable" between the two electromagnetic radiation
belts that envelope the planet between 2000 and 11,000 miles above
the surface. The position of the psi bank governing the evolution
of self-reflective mind is analogous to the ionosphere and its
thermostatic governing of the weather patterns, which affect the
biosphere. The psi bank within the electromagnetic field is inversely
also a function of the radiative crystal core of the Earth. >From
this core, different types of galactic beams, radiation, and other
cosmic information are transduced and radiated from the core out
toward the psi bank between the radiation belts.
The biosphere-noosphere
transition is a function of the temporary technosphere by and
through which third-dimensional information and technology explode
exponentially to the detriment of the discriminating awareness
of the species. The biosphere-noosphere transition cannot be grasped
by the one-dimensional science, which created the condition by
which it has been brought about. This transition can only be grasped
and understood from the whole systems perspective of the new science
of time.
By approaching
the biosphere as a function of the whole system laws of time,
the damage done to the biosphere by erroneous science, can be
repaired. This is at the root of what is meant by the Earth Ethical
Curriculum of the Invisible College: the restoration of the biosphere
is inseparable from the cultivation of an ethic in conformity
with the whole systems law of time which govern the biosphere.
